I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location on a little street near the river just outside the epicentre of the city was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always recommending the best places to eat and visit. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. We had an incredible stay in a boutique hotel located in the heart of Florence. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The room was beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and a charming atmosphere. The breakfast served in the courtyard garden was delicious, and we enjoyed the free mini-bar and snacks throughout the day. The location was perfect, away from the touristy areas but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The noise from the nearby nightlife, which disturbed our sleep at times.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and easy to navigate around the city. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any questions or requests. the room was also quite comfortable and cozy, making it a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring.
One thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise from the street outside. Being in a central location, there was quite a bit of traffic and noise that could be heard in the room, especially in the morning.

The hotel offers a comfortable bed, quiet rooms at night, outstanding decoration, and a helpful staff. The location is perfect and the breakfast is excellent. A rare first floor spacious garden is available for relaxation and breakfast.
